Carol, located on Pietersbergweg 199, was built in 2004. The office building was renovated to a high standard in 2021 with completely new climate systems (full air conditioning). The spaces are fully equipped with flooring and have high ceilings with floating ceiling islands including LED lighting.

The building consists of 5 floors and has recently been renovated. The building has a representative appearance. On the first floor there is a modern entrance, with an opportunity to receive guests.

With an energy label A++, Carol offers a healthy and sustainable work environment. The total plot covers an impressive 1,806 sqm and the building itself is finished to a high standard. Moreover, it is equipped with modern amenities, such as LED lighting and climate control systems, which contribute to a comfortable and efficient working environment.
